Àpèjúwe

Hyde Sukhumvit 13 stands in the Nana district of Bangkok, on Sukhumvit Soi 13. The neighbourhood is also called Asoke. The building connects to the main Sukhumvit Road, between the BTS Asoke and BTS Nana stations. Cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and supermarkets are within easy reach, and Benjakitti Park lies about 1 km away.

BTS Nana is 200 m from the building, with direct access from the complex to the station. BTS Asoke is 600 m away and MRT Sukhumvit is 700 m away. Sukhumvit Road leads to the city's principal routes. EmQuartier, Emporium and Central Embassy are one BTS station away, while Chulalongkorn University is four BTS stations away.

The project was developed by Grande Asset and completed in 2017. It comprises two buildings, one of which rises 40 floors. The scheme is mixed-use: the residential tower is linked to the 21-floor Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit hotel and a retail area, so residents have living, dining and shopping within the same complex.

Facilities include a 24/7 reception desk, a security gate and CCTV. Residents can use a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and garden. A fully equipped gym covers fitness, and there is a dedicated play area for children. Parking is provided on site for residents.

Four apartments are currently for sale, located on floors 7 to 33. They comprise one 2-bedroom and three 3-bedroom units, ranging from 76 to 149 sq m, all with city views and all fully furnished. Prices run from THB 18,800,000 to THB 35,000,000, offering options for both compact and spacious living.

All four apartments are freehold, giving full ownership without a fixed term. A foreign ownership quota is available in the project. Buyers may also note that prices per square metre in the building sit above the Watthana and Bangkok medians, and that direct access to BTS Nana supports both daily commuting and wider travel across the city.
