Àpèjúwe

The Esse at Singha Complex is located in the Phetchaburi district of Bangkok, in the central business area. The neighbourhood is also called Asoke. Srinakharinwirot University lies nearby, and some apartments overlook its grounds, with an unobstructed outlook and a good deal of greenery. The surroundings are urban and well served, while the apartments keep open views that neighbouring buildings do not block.

Transport links are straightforward. MRT Phetchaburi station is close to the building, so the city can be reached without a car. The Airport Link is also nearby, with Makkasan station providing the connection to the airport. For residents who travel regularly, the combination of metro and airport rail is a practical benefit of the address.

The building was developed by Singha and completed in 2020. It rises to 39 floors, and the project comprises a single building. As a recent construction, the apartments on the resale market are in modern condition, and one of them has never been occupied. It is a high-rise condominium in central Bangkok.

The apartments have a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete set of electrical appliances. One apartment has a ceiling height of 275 cm, and one comes with a fixed parking space. The units are sold fully furnished, which allows a buyer to move in without additional purchases.

Two apartments are currently for sale, each with one bedroom and each on the 16th floor. Sizes range from 35 to 48 sq m, with prices from THB 9,800,000 to THB 13,000,000. Both are fully furnished. One is a corner unit with city and panoramic views, the other has a city view. Orientations are south and west, with open outlooks.

Both apartments are freehold, and the foreign freehold quota is available, which is relevant for non-Thai buyers. The two units share a common layout of one bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony, but differ in size, orientation and price, so a direct comparison is worthwhile before deciding.
