Àpèjúwe

Via 34 is located in Phrom Phong, Bangkok, on Sukhumvit Soi 34. The neighbourhood is also referred to as Ekkamai-Thonglor. It is a quiet part of central Sukhumvit, where a seven-storey building occupies a compact site and avoids the density typical of the area. The project is aimed at buyers who value privacy and calm while staying close to the city.

Access is simple. The building is on Sukhumvit Soi 34, near BTS Thong Lo station, which connects residents by elevated rail to other districts of Bangkok. The soi leads off Sukhumvit, one of the principal roads of the city. Daily travel can therefore be made by public transport or by car without leaving the immediate neighbourhood.

Via 34 is developed by Sansiri, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026. The project comprises a single seven-storey building. Its architecture draws on Cubism and Art Deco, and the modest height together with a small resident community gives the building a private character. The entire development is planned for only 45 families, which is uncommon for this location.

The building includes a dedicated pet yard, and animals are welcome, which is a distinctive feature. Interiors are finished with Ceppo marble and O2E European oak engineered wood. The low density keeps the shared areas and the entrance quiet, while the lower floors make everyday access to the building easy for residents and visitors.

Three apartments are currently for sale: one with one bedroom, one with two bedrooms and one with three bedrooms. They range from 45 to 146 sq m and are located on floors 2 to 4. The views are of the city, and of the city, park and greenery. All three are offered fully furnished. Prices run from THB 13,300,000 to THB 42,700,000, covering both compact and family-sized homes.

All three apartments are freehold, giving full ownership without a fixed term. For an international buyer, this removes the need to manage a lease renewal. As the building is under construction with completion planned for Q4 2026, buyers should align their move-in plans with that schedule. Full furnishing allows occupation shortly after completion without further fit-out.
